By purchasing a Husky Aviation product from Husky Aviation or any of .:HA:. (Husky Aviation) partners, You (the buyer) Agree to these policies, Terms and Conditions.

All sales are final. No Refunds under any circumstance.

Redelivers are to be given only to customers whom own the product they are requesting. Customers must be listed under marketplace tickets or Via in world vendor tickets.

Manual updates are to be given to those who present the product visibly to .:HA:. or its partners (Product must show avatar requesting update as "Object Owner").

​

Texture maps to unfinished products will not be publicly released. All texture maps are publicly released when product is posted live to marketplace (second life).

.:HA:. does not take requests. Suggestions are however appreciated.

 

Product prices are non negotiable

Husky Aviation Affiliate vendors use are prohibited. No .:HA:. affiliate vendor will be distributed.

 

Product issues are to be resolved by respected partners for their issues (script issues with scripter/texture issues with artist). All .:HA:. products objects are built, regulated and developed by Kev barony. Partners vary by product. Please review product note card for appropriate contacts.

 

Vehicle Disclaimers:

 

Any product that comes with modify permissions are intended for custom textures to be applied, object placement to be modified, or objects to be added or removed from the product. Modify permissions DO NOT give you the owner permission to export the mesh or textures out of SL for personal or commercial use

 

PSDs are available on our Dropbox/Google Drive (Links on respective pages) along with custom texture sets for sale online by .:HA:. and other providers (Varies)

We encourage customization but we at Husky Aviation and our partners are not responsible for any damage to the aircraft
or any sims/avatars involved with said product.

 

If your product is giving you trouble, start over with a fresh copy.

 

Husky Aviation vehicles have been programmed to take any input by the operator even if unwanted or unintended (want to go right but press left by accident).

Husky Aviation mesh models are intended for second life use only. Mesh models are not to be extracted from secondlife, used for other purposes other than second life, Resold under any circumstance or modified in any way, shape or form.

​

If any husky aviation mesh objects are found to be modified, re-uploaded to second life under creator other than "Kev Barony" or uploaded, sold, used anywhere else, Legal action will be taken.
